What you ll do: Architect and scale backend infrastructure, data pipelines, and storage systems to accommodate tens of millions of devices Backend Development in Java Experience in Kafka, spark, kubernetes. Experience in Cloud Services like AWS Over the long term, work on the parts of our huge technology stack and the technical challenges that interest you Start with simple, pragmatic solutions and iterate quickly Help bring modern development tools & practices to a whole software engineering discipline Have a major impact on our product, our infrastructure, our culture and our business What you need to bring: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MC 5+ Years of experience as Backend Engineer/Developer. Strong object oriented or functional programming skills in: Java/Python/Scala (experience with anyone of these) Should have good command on authoring SQL. Experience working in a technical environment with tools like Spark, Flink, Storm, Kafka, Elastic Search etc. Have knowledge on AWS cloud services: EC2, S3, EMR, RDS, Redshift, Lambda, Step functions. (Good to have) Exposure to stream-processing systems like Spark-Streaming, Flink, Kafka Streams etc. Experience with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases: MySql, Postgres, MongoDB and Cassandra.
