Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing customized technical, business, and support solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud with high quality in tight timelines to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop custom technical, business, and support solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Propose cost-effective marketing technology solutions to address business challenges, including process improvement and governance standards.
- Work with other IT partners to design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni channel communication in SFMC.
- Design advanced automated campaigns for channels like email, sms, push notification etc.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems and tools as needed.
Requirements
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified professional with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, SDKs, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, JavaScript, and Jquery.
- Experience in Marketing Cloud configuration, development, reports and dashboards, integration, and data migration.
- Experience in instance provisioning, deliverability setup, SAP configuration, and IP ramp up.
- Working experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Content Builder, Social Studio, Analytics Builder and AppExchange.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud connector for Salesforce CRM and experience with integrating Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products.
- Experience in publishing and listing applications on the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Experience in using other marketing automations tools, SFMC Einstein feature, and Datorama for reporting.
- Good understanding of SFMC data architecture, data extensions, synchronized data sources, and contact models.
- Good understanding of SFMC tracking and analytics.
- Experience in developing custom applications and custom journey builder activity.
- Strong logical and analytical abilities along with excellent communication skills.
