Educational Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resource Management /PGD IRPM with 2 to 5 years experience in Construction Industries.
Prerequisites
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.
- Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Maintaining employee records & other statutory requirements.
- Liasoning with government authorities.
