JOB Description:
l Initiating, managing and delivering a corporate communication strategy to develop the organizations reputation, brand and relationships, ensuring to clearly identify and carrying high level of goodwill and understand among the various stakeholder groups and wider audiences.
l Strategically develop brand direction and content marketing campaigns to support business goals and the overall company vision.
l Drive public relations of new product, partnership and company launches, events and other major media milestones.
l Manage the calendar and make planning decisions based on data and team needs, producing the content with your team and ensuring quality across all the companys channels.
l Measures and report performance of content marketing campaigns, gain insights and access against goal.
Desired Candidate Profile
l MBA (Marketing) from Tier 1 or Premier B School with 5+ years of experience in content marketing.
l Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
l Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in networking with stakeholders and get things moving.
l Strong team, vendor and agency handling skills for quick execution and project closures with aggressive time lines and budget.
l Updated knowledge of latest marketing trends in mass communication including digital, mobile, product development in digital space etc.
Relevant Experience Profile:-
l 5+ years of experience in content marketing & content strategist lead position.
l Had manage a team of content marketing i.e. Content writer, content developer etc.
l Education background (MBA / PG) from Tier 1 or Premier Good Institutes
l Preferably from BFSI, Stock Broking, Fintech & online digital platform organisation.
