Job Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesCreating designs for social media posts, brochures etc. using design tools.
Understanding the requirements to identify the right design themeCoordinating with the department managers to complete the creative designs as per the requirements
Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of mediaCollaborate with the creative director to develop design conceptsAdhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and imagesEligibilityThis is open to Graduates in Design, passionate about both designing and making lives easier for those coping with mental health concerns.The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about designing and most importantly an empathetic human being.The candidate should have the relevant experience of above 2 years and should have led a team of 2 or more members.
Being non-judgemental and professionalism are much appreciated.
We appreciate individuals who can take on initiative and responsibility.We welcome openness to failure - for there is no better teacher!Working ConditionsThis is a full time role at Heart It Out and not an internshipAt present, this position is being offered virtually.We are inclusive and supportive as a community, and we welcome you to join this crusade!
