Job Summary
Responsible for converting leads to sales
Develop detailed designs including floor plans, elevations and interior details
Creating presentations including sketches, rendering and mood boards to present design concepts
to clients
Selecting and specifying materials, finishes and furnishings
Creating budgets & schedules for projects
Managing projects from start to finish including liaison with clients and contractors
Staying current with design trends and materials to ensure innovative and relevant designs.
Should be able to lead and create teams.
Oversee the designers are successful, and every client gets the best experience.
Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & project management skills
Minimum 10 to 12 yrs. experience in Architectural consulting/ Interior Designing firms
Candidate must have experience in Luxury Interior Designing. Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD & SketchUp.

Requirements
Should have designed homes with 1cr plus budgetExcellent communication, interpersonal & project management skills
