Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who s able to grasp customer needs and fulfill them satisfactorily. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for customers, from on-boarding through the entire customer life cycle.
- Handle and Manage customer/client queries and escalations.
- Supervise all customer relationship executives; monitor and report on their performance.
- Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns; Follow-up and engage with customers regularly.
- Plan and make sure client feedback and requirements are catered to by the team smoothly.
- Plan and manage customer/client care budget and maintain monthly quota as established.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of Client/Customer Relationship/Account Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, especially writing skills.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and some CRM software.
