Senior Associate - Business Operations Job in Headout Inc.

The role The Business Operations function is a relatively new construct at Headout that s helping us further deepen our moat and solve for immense supply-side fragmentation, lack of consistency, and a broken back-end of experience providers. Becoming a part of this lean team is a sure-shot way to fast-track your professional growth journey. In this specific role, you will take on the execution of hard problems and own the feedback loop for evolving the current launch playbook. This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city. What makes this role special? Build. Design, evolve and own the launch playbook (onboarding new supply and getting that supply ready for prime time). Own. As a co-owner of the launch playbook, you and the team will work closely with all the ops functions, business, and marketing. Set new launches up for success by pre-empting and creatively solving for incoming supply to work within the constraints of our current supply-side infrastructure. Problem solve. Identify problems, design solutions and work with the product team to drive 1% wins every day. To excel in this role, you should possess above-average problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. What skills & experience do you need? Engineering degree with 1-2 years of work experience. Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel is essential. Strong communication skills and prior experience in collaborating with various stakeholders. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, quickly learn and adapt to multiple tools. High bias for action and a self-starter with excellent creative problem-solving abilities.
