Job Purpose:
To check and verify the product & process standards are meeting our requirement through random sampling at specified intervals.
Job Description:

Clear understand / read Standard operating procedure and their process and products specifications
-
Responsible for checking / Monitoring / conducting tests for raw material and finished product as per test protocols
-
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
-
Discuss inspection results & test data with QA Incharges
-
Report problems to concernQA Incharges immediately
-
Inspect manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination
-
Documentation and record Updation on time
-
Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
-
Maintain an effective and efficient monitoring protocol to be used across all product lines
Key Interactions:
-
Internal : Production, Store, Dispatch, HR, HSE & Others
Qualification / Experience:
-
Educational qualification : B.Sc or M.Sc Chemistry

Relevant experience: Looking for fresh or experienced QC Chemist with Food background
Knowledge:
-
Basic knowledge on Machine safety and personnel safety on job.

Basic knowledge of Dairy Technology is essential.
