Job Summary

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for receiving orders for the Finished Goods (FG) from the production department and processing bills for the received order.

Job Description

  • Need to receive the orders from Hatsun Distribution Center (HDCs) Vendors through mail and the Same Order quantity to be entered in the Hatsun Distribution Center (HDC) Route Format.
  • Must Ensure whether the received order stock is available in Physical and SAP.
  • Need to prepare the Gate pass for the received Order, and the same must also enter in SAP for the invoice generation purpose.
  • On Confirmation of Vendor payment, the received order is released for the dispatch.
  • On receiving the MCR (Milk Cold Room Register) cutting details, Lodging and unloading of damage milk details are move back in SAP for reprocessing.
  • Need to prepare the Shipment report for a Vehicle.
  • Must Prepare the Daily sales Reports.

Qualification:

  • Educational qualifications: Any Degree

Experience:

  • Relevant experience : Fresher/min 1 to 2 year of experience

Key Interactions:

  • Internal: Interact with Production and dispatch Department

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge on Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
  • Knowledge on First In First Out(FIFO)
  • Computer Knowledge

Skills:

  • Communication Skills.
  • Billing Skills.
