- Responsible for managing lead generation, rapport maintenance, understanding of clientneeds and closure of deals after negotiation.
- Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability.
- Establish & extend the company s market leadership through effective contributions towardsBusiness Development, Sales & Key Account Management.
- Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.
Educational Qualifications:
- Any graduate/postgraduate degree (Commerce first preference; Sciencesecond preference) with adequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting field,with a flair for engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas.
Experience:
- 2-15 years of experience in handling international clients in sales and businessdevelopment activities through phone, e-mail, video, in-person meetings. Preferably no gap inworking and looking for stability.
Overall Candidate Profile Desired:
- Good academic track record
- Must have prior experience in international business development.
- Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability.
- Self Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency.
- Ability to manage the profile independently with least amount of hand holding.
- Fluent English Skills (both written and oral) needed for communicating with overseas clients.
- Explore the market, identify potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strong relations with key decision makers of clients.
- Explore the web and other information sources, filter useful information for identifyingleads/new opportunities.
Remuneration Details:
- Salary negotiable for the right candidate- according to experience and skills
- Incentives given on leads and conversions generated
