Job Description
Good knowledge of Agri products offered by different Companies
To build relationship with farmers with the objective of creating Opportunities to increase yield of crops.
Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way
Manage & achieve volume, value & growth.
To identify and follow-up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within specific time period
To maximize conversion of enquiries into orders
To maintain good liaison with the customers
To attend to complaints & logically conclude them
Reviewing your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
To prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report
To maintain Database of customers
Having Field Experience of Sales in Agriculture domain will be preferred(agrostar guys preffered)
Good Communication Skills in Hindi/Local Language and should be good with of Ms Excel & Ms Word.

Salary : INR1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A

Candidate maye be agriculture graduate or non agri graduate.
The experience in agri calling is a must to have skill set.
