Job Summary

The primary role of this person will be toThe person will be expected to proactively collaborate with other team members (Offshore Deploy and Release team, Redmond dev, Test, and PM teams). Key responsibilities include building motivated and high performing team, providing direction on projects and priorities to the developers. Will need to partner very closely with Redmond team in all phases of the project to define architecture, performance, and maintainability of applications.Candidates should be familiar with the process of building and testing enterprise-scale software products. Ability to learn appropriate technologies and being able to derive personal motivation with assigned responsibilities is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will show an excellent understanding of how to design applications for better performance, have proficiency in multiple program languages, and demonstrate strong problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills. The candidate will be organized, capable of thinking on the run and one who does not require constant supervision. Individual needs to be flexible and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities.The last date for receiving profiles is February 9.

Minimum Requirements

Skills required for this position:Must haveWork experience of 6-8 years primarily in web-based solution development with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role ASP.NET, SQL Server, C#, XML, Web Services, VSS Design and programming experience with SQL Server Hands on experience in developing and delivering Design Documents like Technical specification / Software Architecture Document / Low Level Design Documents Strong written and oral communication skills Proven demonstrable experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies Nice to haveVisual Studio 2005 (Whidbey) and SQL Server 2005 (Yukon) Experience in enterprise management, distributed systems, and a general knowledge of security concepts and technologies UML Experience of leading support/maintenance projects/teams Microsoft Certification
