Job Description:

Supporting the food scientist in recipe development & helping them in all other admin works in food research lab.

Position: Food research lab assistant cum cook
Experience: OnlyFresher
Work Location:Nungambakkam
Qualification: 12th, Dip / Bachelor s Hotel Management
Time:Regular Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
• Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Supporting & assisting food scientists in their research & development of new food products.
• Quotation preparation & purchase of raw materials for the new product development.
  Understanding of different culinary profiles and techniques

Skills Required:

• Good communication, Culinary Skill must
• Preferred Male candidates only.
