Job Description:

Anexecutive secretaryis responsible for organizing all activities of a topexecutive. A few of the main duties of anexecutive secretaryare organizing necessary meetings, planning events, developing a long term schedule, and managing theexecutive sphone calls & so on.

Experience: 3years 5 years as a secretary
Work Location:Nungambakkam
Qualification: UG / PG
Time:Regular Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing the Conference Room Bookings for meetings.
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls.
  • Plan and coordinate arrangements for professional conferences.
  • Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences.
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support to senior executives.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in using MS Office, Typing & Shorthand.
  • Excellent Verbal & Oral communication, Multitasking, organization skills.
