Skills and Experience

  • 15+ years of IT experience in Content Management Systems like AEM, WCS, Drupal, TeamSite, Contentful, Amplience, etc.
  • Prior experience inWeb Content Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools like AEM, Oracle, WCS, etc. is mandatory.
  • Good understanding ofB2B and B2C e-commerce will be advantageous.
  • Experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales and managing end-to-end solutions and delivery.
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts in a Global Delivery model.
  • Must have prior experience in facing clients and working in a cross-functional matrix organization.
  • Should be able to easily collaborate with sales experts,practice leads, client partners, delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Must understand market trends in outsourcing, shared services, and/or offshore industry.
  • Experience in RFPs/RFQs and RFIs with the team and deliver quality responses.
  • Good knowledge of creative presentations using PowerPoint, requirement gathering, process mapping, and process consulting with the client s due diligence.
  • Expertise in applying estimation techniques like Use-Case Points, Function Point, Story Points.
  • Should be comfortable conducting presentations, demos for the customers and internal management team.
  • Prior experience in building teams, goal setting, coaching, and developing individuals to achieve the targeted results.
  • Should have experience in driving organization initiatives like creating case studies, writing white papers, and blogs.
  • Experience in preparing publishing program/portfolio metrics for the management team.
  • Negotiate effectively with the stakeholders and must be quick in decision-making.
  • Good knowledge of UI frameworks like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS is highly desired.
  • Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Be the primary spokesperson for the Practice, liaison with the internal stakeholders, and drive the RFP /Bids in the application development space.
  • Work with Account Managers and sales leads to brainstormbusiness requirements.
  • Lead the proposal presentations, estimations, project plan, solution approaches, and response document(s).
  • Collaborate with solution architects to create functional and non-functional requirement specifications, including scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
  • Quickly acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to the client s business problems.
  • Develop application roadmaps/implementation approach, design solution from transition till deployment and support.
  • Develop cost and pricing models.
  • Create statements of work (SOWs) with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, dependencies, and other such contractual artefacts.
  • Collaborate and developtechnology and implementation strategy that encompasses the client s goals.
  • Present solutions and options to the leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders (for both technical and non-technical audiences).
  • Articulate clearly and concisely to the client on GSPANN's capabilities, solution approach, implementation plans, differentiated value propositions, etc.
  • Manage, monitor, and report proposals.
  • Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify/manage issues and risks while driving proposals.
  • Establish strong relationships with the client, sales team, and Account Managers.
