Position Overview:

EisnerAmper is currently implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Professional Services and is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) end-to-end processes. As a Business Analyst, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for these key activities and will play a critical role in optimizing our finance processes through SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Guidance: Provide expert advice on the appropriate use of the ERP system for end-to-end finance processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and process areas to identify new initiatives and implement them effectively.
  • Process Review: Facilitate business requirements and process review activities related to the key functionality needed by the business.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure alignment across functions, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Master Data Management: Provide day-to-day support for master data management and execute mass data updates.
  • Solution Enhancement: Work with the business to identify and catalog opportunities for system enhancements, and present them for review.
  • Process Documentation: Help develop and maintain clear process documentation and support change management and end-user training.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience with financial systems or finance transformation projects, preferably in O2C, P2P, and R2R functions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with advanced Excel, Power Pivot, and good presentation and communication skills.
  • Additional Tools: Experience with other reporting tools like Power BI and SQL is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the Professional Services industry; accounting industry experience is a plus.
