Job Summary
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, preferably within the advertising technology or digital marketing industry.
  • Nice to have experience in advertising technology ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and ad exchanges.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, transformation, and achieving business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve them
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing teams
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
