Responsibilities
- Manage to establish a credible and viable pipeline of qualified opportunities for revenue growth in the Pan India region
- Should be able to manage min of 20 Demand generation executives working in Remote locations across India.
- Mentor and manage a team of Executives and turn them into productive Demand generation experts that generate high volume of new leads in a rapid manner and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Generate leads and opportunities, nurture them and curate the engagement towards building a qualified pipeline and passing it to the Sales Team.
- Design, develop and deploy effective demand generation training and activation programs to accelerate onboarding and reskill the team remotely or directly to drive quality leads to the top of the funnel incorporating well-defined quantitative and qualitative success metrics such as time to ramp and time to effectiveness
- Proactively work with the regional leadership to determine target addressable market, relevant messaging, and qualification criteria to establish high win rates and pipeline conversion to revenue.
- Work in close alignment with the team to generate leads and nurture relationships with prospects and rapidly mature them into qualified opportunities for the sales teams.
- Learn and be able to articulate the solution and value proposition to be able to understand the prospective customers' pain points and propose unique perspectives and the company's ability to add value to their business through the team members.
