Greytip is looking for a dynamic assistant brand manager to support the marketing team and be our brand guardian and implement marketing strategies and programs to increase awareness ,scale & rapid adoption of greytHR - our flagship product. Our ideal candidate is a passionate marketing professional with adequate knowledge and know-how of marketing communication needs across platforms - online and offline.

An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job. You ll brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on campaign results. If you re also an excellent communicator and team player, we d like to meet you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies
  • Manage marketing requirements of stakeholders - end to end
  • Coordinate with sales, product, customer support and other teams
  • Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Creating and managing promotional/marketing collateral to establish and maintain branding
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed on all platforms
  • Prepare and analyse reports on marketing campaigns
  • Analyze industry, competition and market trends

Qualification, Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or account management in an advertising agency
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
