Financial Markets: Manager - KYC

Responsibilities:

• Validate and analyze interdependency mapping results using data gathered from multiple sources
• Ensure timely execution of all operations deliverables per agreed SLA and their reporting to clients using internal workflow tools
• Regularly interact with clients to provide timely resolution to feedback / requests
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries with / without appropriate escalations
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with internal and external counterparties for discrepancy resolution
• Ensure continuous updates to process documents, checklists and ensure all learnings have been logged and distributed to the relevant teams
• Identify and highlight issues/gaps in the processing/auditing cycle
• Prepare key operations metrics and reports and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Identify and highlight key areas of cross-training to ensure continuous learning

Required Expertise:

• Strong expertise and experience in reference data mapping, legal entity mapping along with knowledge of Bloomberg / Thomson Reuters database
• Must have previous experience in supporting complex financial applications in production environment. Knowledge of leading reference data tools would be a plus
• Good understanding of annual report structures to extract relevant and strategic information
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact with clients directly
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree / Master s degree (Preferred) with 3- 7 Years experience in KYC functions
• Strong finance, risk or compliance background with quantitative skills preferred
• Proven communications skills
• Flexible with APJ/EMEA/Night/General shifts
