Job Summary
Job Description
- After Sales Services like AFS, Sale-Deed, Brokerage
- Co-ordinate with Banks executive & submit him AoS & other related
documents like cost letter, Allotment letter, NoC etc - ERP Manage From Sales Department
- Follow up for loan disbursement with bank s executive as well as client
- Processing final sale deed of the projects
- Follow up with existing clients for payment & Agreement to Sale
Co-ordinate with advocate for prepare of Agreement to sale - Responsible to collect the final payment from client like GEB, AEC, GST,
Development , Stamp duty, registration fee & any other charges - After full & final payment of a unit hand over possession letter &
keys to client
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have experience in real estate sales/sales coordinator profile.
- Candidate to be based at Corporate office.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
