Job Summary

Job Description

  • After Sales Services like AFS, Sale-Deed, Brokerage
  • Co-ordinate with Banks executive & submit him AoS & other related
    documents like cost letter, Allotment letter, NoC etc
  • ERP Manage From Sales Department
  • Follow up for loan disbursement with bank s executive as well as client
  • Processing final sale deed of the projects
  • Follow up with existing clients for payment & Agreement to Sale
    Co-ordinate with advocate for prepare of Agreement to sale
  • Responsible to collect the final payment from client like GEB, AEC, GST,
    Development , Stamp duty, registration fee & any other charges
  • After full & final payment of a unit hand over possession letter &
    keys to client

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates should have experience in real estate sales/sales coordinator profile.
  • Candidate to be based at Corporate office.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
