Job Summary
  • Role Overview:
  • Work iteratively on initial concepts, wires, user flows, and prototypes informed by user research, marketplace and behaviour trends, and your best ideas. Learn about a range of phases, from strategy, to detailed design, to optimization.

  • Ability to uncover and utilize business truths and user behaviours that help define a great product.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present your work.
  • Familiarity with Sketch, Principle, Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
  • Comfortable working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people share work daily.

    • Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and magical.
  • Tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for billions of customers around the world (novice to expert).
  • Collaborate with researchers, engineers and product managers throughout design process - from creating research protocols, personas, scenarios, information architecture and wireframes to building user interface prototypes.
  • At each stage, must anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.
  • You will use your expertise in application development to evaluate and select development methods, processes, standard methodologies and tools.

    • Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in UX Design role.
  • Regular Client interaction, and effective project management skills.
  • Have good experience in evaluating client requirement, providing a road map and solution the same.
  • Work with UX Team to solution the end to end logic, create IA, Wireframe and set the delivery expectation with the team.
  • Skill to utilize technology as a medium to craft design and deliver insightful human experience to clients.
  • Storytelling skills - Utilize stories to communicate that enable wider teams to accomplish shared goals.
  • Ability to evaluate trends and behavioural patterns to deliver human interaction patterns.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and self-starter who actively seeks ways to improve the customer experience, both visually and functionally.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
