Job Summary
Bachelor s degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
3+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a focus on design systems in a tech or digital environment.
Experience in creating or managing a design system for digital products.
Experience in working within a B2B context and a background in healthcare are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to
a variety of audiences, . Including other designers, researchers, product leads and engineers.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines and
work well under pressure.
Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility.
Experience Required :
