Job Summary
  • Proper understanding of Corporate Laws.
  • Should be able to understand Securities & Listing Laws and formulate the same.
  • Understanding of FEMA and management of Risk
  • Able to understand Foreign Trade Policy & Procedures and should be able to guide in line with the goal.
  • Legal & Listing Compliance
  • Expertise over Legal Drafting, understand the draft and provide inputs to the management.
  • Drafting, Reviewing, Vetting and Executing EPC Contracts, O&M Contracts etc.
  • Drafting and executing different Affidavits, ToT, Proposal, applications and MoU s for different purposes.
  • Drafting and registration of Sale deed, Agreement to sale (ATS), Mortgage deed, release of mortgage deed etc.
  • Checking and review of titles of land and title clearance i.e. pre-acquisition compliances.
  • Liaoning with government offices for Land related clearance i.e. NA permission, Industrial permission etc. post-acquisition compliances.
  • Sending & replying tolegalnotice.
  • To prepare brief about fact of cases and coordinate with external lawyers forlitigationmatter.
  • To appear before different courts, tribunals, MSME, Arbitration aslegalrepresentative of company.
  • To Coordinate withlawyeron Civil cases, Summary suits, NCLT Cases, MSME Cases, Arbitration Cases, High court cases.
  • Trademark, Design Applications and Compliance.
  • Representing organization before relevant Government offices and departments.
  • Filling of different forms and applications with Government and Authorities.
  • Filing of cases under MACP, Cheque return cases u/s 138 of NI Act.
  • Corporatecommunicationand documentation review.
  • Otherlegalcompliances andlegaldue diligence.
  • PreparinglegalMIS and meeting with different departments and Managements onlegalissues
