BE / B. Tech (Civil) with 6+ years of experience inHigh-rise apartments, Gated Villa projects( 100+ villa projects).
Capable of heading project, handling Footings to Brickwork and finishing, MEP essential, handle Site engineers, Contractors.
knowledge in CAD drawings, soil tests, project costs, calculating labor, material, and related costs.
Capable of Preparing engineering documents, construction specifications with adherence to safety standards.
Leadership qualities essential, well versed inEnglish, Telugu and Hindi languages.
