Job Summary
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years experience as Project Manager handling Independently
- Complete knowledge of Civil, Interior, MEP
- Proficiency in Handling & Coordinating Projects along with PMC s, Architects & Clients and updating on daily basis
- Ability of Reading drawings, plans & detailing
- Preparing of Project Schedule, Material indent & reports
- Monitoring & Performing Quantity Assurance & Risk Management,
- Strong knowledge of materials & processes of execution
- Managing Site Team/ Vendors/ Contractors
- Handing over of Projects Billing & Documentation/Certification skills
- Zeal to take responsibility of delivering the project in-time
Experience Required :
