Roles and responsibilities:

Understanding the wholesale and distribution industry with market visits

  • Hands on experience based selling, daily interaction with minimum 20-30 customers or prospects for pilot launches
  • Define customer personas and segment them. Creating 30 second elevator pitch/stories for each product and customer segment
  • Derive value prepositions by creating testimonials, case-studies and building the social reviews

Be a master of the product

  • Prepare help videos and documents for internal team to get coached
  • Increasing the product adoption with existing users by consistently monitoring the usage analytics. Reduce the churn rate of users by improving the overall experience of the product
  • Drive competitive intelligence from market by studying competitor features, pricing to help sales with counter strategy and ensure competition features are covered in product road map

Own the product pricing and market release

  • Work with engineering and product teams from product fitment, design and new launches
  • Give continuous market feedback to product teams on new features and create product road map through collaborative decision-making
  • Identify and improve the experience on all the touch points of the customer journey

Create an eco-system of happy & profitable customers

  • Own the product positioning and messaging
  • Create compelling content based on market research to build brand followers. Own complete content management for your brand including web pages, blogs, newsletters, EDM, video, flyers and PR marketing
  • Reduce the sales cycle time and increase life-time value of customers by communicating the value proposition to sales / partner teams
