Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new areas and find out new Partner Opportunities
  • Need to do the cold calling over phone and identify new prospect from the assigned area.
  • Responsible to share about GOFRUGAL ARPP to new partner prospects.
  • You have deep understanding about channel business and emotionally intelligent to customize your communication to convey the value of propositions to partners.
  • You believe in taking baby steps towards success, enjoy learning by doing and believing in building a strong network both in the market and within the company to collaborate at the right time for success
  • Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all partner, leads and prospects engagements
  • He/She will be the connector between New Partner Prospects and Partner Acquisition Manager.
  • Need time to time followup to partner prospects.
  • Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • You value your time, love to plan your tasks for the next day, measure your plan vs achievement each day and honestly share your experience, feedback, challenges, learning and emotions for the day in your daily report

Requirements:

  • 0-4 Years of experiences as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English & Hindi (Any other Regional language will be an added advantage)
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • Any graduate (MBA in Marketing is preferred)
