Job Summary
Purpose:
Create a strong & performing channel partner network to maximize business in the identified regions within India. Adopt the best practices in channel engagement and management to make GOFRUGAL ARPP (Assured Return Partner Program) the best long-term program for the partners.
Goals and Deliverables:
- Identify under served, low reach but high potential markets for GOFRUGAL solutions to identify and appoint channel partners.
- Work closely with the newly acquired partner and the other internal stakeholders in GOFRUGAL to create first success and income for partner within 30 days of signing up the partner.
- Identify the different partner persona and define the business model and expected income for partners. Ensure that partners reach their earning potential and continuously reduce the duration for achievement.
- Participate in the root cause analysis related to partner exit and poor partner performance. Utilize these learning to improve the quality of partner acquisition and increase the productivity of GOFRUGAL's investments on partners.

- You strongly believe that, earning respect of partners is crucial to mentoring and influencing them and be able to convince them to see the opportunity and generate revenue.
- You are a strong team player and capable to do strategic plan & execute based on your team's target
- You are an expert in delivering compelling, effective and engaging online/onsite presentations to partners & participating in relevant industry trade shows
- You are expected to have strong negotiation skills and signing up partners profitably to GOFRUGAL
- You believe in taking baby steps towards success, enjoy learning by doing and believing in building a strong network both in the market and within the company to collaborate at the right time for success
- You value your time, love to plan your tasks for the next day, measure your plan vs achievement each day and honestly share your experience, feedback, challenges, learning and emotions for the day in your daily report
