Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring that the architecture and design of the platform remains top-notch with respect to scalability, availability, reliability and maintainability Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular mentoring. Perform regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback. Act as a technical architect as well as a hands-on technical manager of a team of engineers. Own end-to-end availability and performance of features, driving rapid product innovation while ensuring a reliable service. Design, develop and test chatbots/ AI solutions to support functional & non-functional requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build chatbots. Create scalable and platform independent solutions that can be Integrated in multiple areas Improve functionality of existing systems Implement security and data protection solutions Assess and prioritize feature requests Work with an agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions Coordinate with the Business continuity team to understand the problems and suggest and implement customized, automated solutions. Requirements: B Tech / BE / MCA 10+ years experience with minimum 5 years experience as python developer and 2+ years in managing a team Hands on knowledge of AWS is a must GCP knowledge is an added advantage Working knowledge in devops space is a must Work experience as an end2end chatbot developer with extensive understanding on standard and custom API's & REST calls. Expertise in Java and Python, knowledge of Perl/ shell, Golang will be an advantage. Expertise in Algorithms design & analysis, distributed system and Natural Language Processing. Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques to provide out of the box solutions.
