We are now looking for an ingenious Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce Studio. Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant, your role will involve a combination of analysis, configuration, and client-facing activities. You will support the Solution Architects and work directly with clients to drive successful Salesforce implementations.

• Support Salesforce Projects: Assist in Salesforce projects, including Sales, Service, Community, etc., by supporting Solution Architects in defining solutions and delivering implementations.
• Client Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to Globant clients, understanding their needs and advising them on Salesforce best practices.
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit business requirements, document user stories, and ensure the solution aligns with client needs and business processes.
• Documentation: Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements, user stories, designs, deployment plans, and test cases.
• Test Support: Assist in System Test (ST) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities, ensuring that all requirements are validated and met.
• Configuration: Complete hands-on configuration activities in Salesforce, including setup, customization, and integrations to fulfill business requirements.
• Creative Problem Solving: Identify and implement creative solutions to address client requirements and overcome implementation challenges.
• Salesforce Community Engagement: Participate in and help build relationships within the Salesforce community, staying updated on best practices and new features.

Skills and Expertise Required

• Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, functionalities, and capabilities. This includes knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, automation, security, and reporting.
• Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Ability to configure Salesforce and customize it to meet business requirements. Experience with custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and process builder.
• Data Management: Proficiency in data import/export, data cleansing, deduplication, and security. Knowledge of data migration tools and best practices.
• User Management: Experience in managing Salesforce user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security models.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Strong ability to create and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards, offering insights and actionable data to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or related roles, with a strong understanding of business processes and technical expertise.
• Salesforce Certification: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly preferred.
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong client interaction abilities with a focus on understanding client requirements and providing Salesforce solutions that drive business value.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Creative thinker with the ability to provide practical solutions to business challenges within Salesforce.
