Key Responsibilities:

• The primary objective is to assist businesses implement technology solutions.
• Determine operational objectives by researching business functions, collating information, evaluating output requirements and formats with the help of strong analytical and product management skills.
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements, map them to existing tools, identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Constantly, be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the client.
• Help design, document, maintain system processes and up gradations to existing systems.
• Knowledge on BI, reporting tools, preparation of BRS, SRS documents and should be experienced to work on database, data retrievals, manage queries, etc.
• Collaborates with off-shore technical and support teams to meet project deliverable timelines and quality requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

• Prior experience in working as a Business Analyst with an IT company is mandatory.
• Should have an analytical mind, including proficient research skills, logical thinking and excellent presentation skills.
• Should be experienced in working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
• Good Communication skills and proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada is mandatory as he/she will be liasoning with Government officials.
• Knowledge in building Wire Frames and using tools like Microsoft Visio, etc is a must.

Education Qualification:

• Should possess an Engineering degree or MCA or MTech.
