JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate organization s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all workings are conducted in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee the organizational well-being.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of company s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor processes.
  • Cater to clients or personnel s concerns.
  • Collaborations throughout the country.


    • SKILL SET

  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.

    • SOFT SKILLS

  • Apart from technical skills, you will need to show:
  • A flexible approach when working in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
  • Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility is a must have as you might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
  • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several people at the same time.
  • Broad mindset, eager to learn, fit for start-up, problem solver & explorer.
  • Effective networking skills to build contacts.
