Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead business development strategy and execution to grow medical fundraisers/crowdfunding vertical. S/he will develop a go-to-market strategy, develop strong partnerships with hospitals networks, surgeons, and diagnostic centers across the country, build and lead a team to scale the partnerships, set-up end-to-end processes to service the hospital requests promptly.

The person joining should be able to work with cross functional teams from conceptualisation to full execution while ensuring outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of the crowdfunding current state basis competitor analysis and research; understand competitive offerings and customer needs and develop processes/ strategies accordingly

- Develop and execute strategy to partner with hospital networks, surgeons and diagnostics

- Implement end-to-end process to source cases that can be promoted on Fundraisers platform

- Build and train team to scale relationships and servicing across hopital networks

- Continuous improvement of sourcing and prioritization methodology to source cases, developing systems to receive in-depth case details to support marketing campaigns

- Work with campaign management team to scale donor acquisition through marketing and growth hacks

- Identify growth opportunities and areas of differentiation to scale in an intensely competitive space



Requirements

Role requirements

- Experience in business development and growth

- Passionate about working in a social sector role

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can stretch at work

- 5+ years of hands-on experience of business development and growth

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Tier 1 engineering and/or management degree
