We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer who works to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our companys success in the long run.
Roles and Responsibility: -
- Will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle of Ginesys ERP Solution (Retail & Manufacturing Solution).
- Collaborating with the sales team to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Desired Skills:-
- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP/Enterprise Software Sales / Consultative Selling experience.
- Experience in identifying, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts.
- Strong ability to create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral.
- Flexibility in work schedule is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Degree in a business or technically related area of study
- Competency in communication - both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation skills. Demonstrated Relationship Management Skills. Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Personal drive | Business Ethics - Product and industry mastery, competitive awareness
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Mumbai
