Job Summary

Specifics of the role:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets set for projects inWESTpune & Continually strive to exceed specified sales goals.
  • Effectively plan and implement development strategies for regional business
  • Evaluate and establish new distribution partnership in designated territories
  • Support, motivate, and manage existing channel partners to increase the market share
  • Closely partner in strategic planning of goals, budget, resources, and activities, and regularly report on the execution of the same.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales target for designated region.
  • Continuously analyse market potential, competitive activities and sales tracks
  • Manage questions, situations and expectations relating to partners, partner leads, and partner details with Sales and Operations teams
  • Responsible for the success of the channel assigned through higher conversion ratio.
  • Coordinate with Online sales team for leads generation.
  • Analyse the current walk-in trends and suggest suitable course of action.
  • Should have very good knowledge about the market and the competitors, ensuring quality closures.
  • Process adherence & coordination with the CRM team for timely file movement along with sales administration through SFDC
  • Candidate should be extremely strong in negotiation skills.
