- Proven track record in clinical healthcare projects using HL7, FHIR and SMART on FHIR integrations.
- Direct hands-on expertise in creating applications and solutions using Epic EMR capabilities.
- End-to-end solution lifecycle implementation skills using modern web technologies like .Net,Angular, NodeJS.
- Passion for staying atop of latest technology advancements in the clinical healthcare space.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and reporting.
