Job Summary
3 Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners4 Drive focus on aspects of customer acquisition, retention and cross selling thereby providing value addition to the Banca partners5 Strong market intelligence and relationship management with potential partners for future acquisition6 Motivating, Leading and driving the team to ensure achievement of branch objectives7 Recommend local promotion plan in consultations with the channel partners8 Monitoring MIS and sharing with the IMD's regularly9 Assist channel partner with training and guidance to conduct business.10 Track competitor s information and devise strategies to counter .11 Continuously monitor the performance of team members and coach them for improvement12 Should have strong communication skills and should liason effectively with various functions within the company
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for acquiring Banca partners and develop business through them at the Branch / Region with the support of the Team1 Understand the key priorities and plans for the organization, Sales & Distribution Network / Region and the Banca Channel2 Developing new relationship with other banks from the territory & servicing3 Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners4 Drive focus on aspects of customer acquisition, retention and cross selling thereby providing value addition to the Banca partners5 Strong market intelligence and relationship management with potential partners for future acquisition6 Motivating, Leading and driving the team to ensure achievement of branch objectives7 Recommend local promotion plan in consultations with the channel partners8 Monitoring MIS and sharing with the IMD's regularly9 Assist channel partner with training and guidance to conduct business.10 Track competitor s information and devise strategies to counter .11 Continuously monitor the performance of team members and coach them for improvement12 Should have strong communication skills and should liason effectively with various functions within the company
