Job Summary About the role: This position is part of Gartner s Global Email Operations team, and the purpose of this role is to drive leads for GTS and GBS business units and bring additional support to the team. This individual would focus on data, measurement, campaign strategy implementation and more. What you will do: Maintain continuous analysis of our stakeholder's email-marketing campaign performance through the gathering of critical data and measure it against BU's KPI goals. Work with marketing managers and specialists to help implement their campaign strategies for the email channel and coordinate its deployment with the email-COE operational team. Include audience segmentation recommendations into our email-marketing strategies to increase our client base and improve our current base performance. Manage outbound communications to drive web traffic, boost engagement and drive registrations via email. This would primarily include email asset creation and campaign set up, in addition occasional setting up segments using the right filter conditions in Eloqua. Work in tandem with Database and Marketing teams to ensure appropriate audiences are reached effectively at the optimal times with the ideal message. Help maintain the communications calendar to ensure the right balance of outreach and timely completion of projects. Identifies opportunities for business process improvement, recommends, and implements change. Build a KPI benchmark for campaigns across various business functions. Identify and conduct A/B tests to build email best practices. What you will need: Bachelor s degree with 4+ years of experience. 3-6 years of hands-on Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) experience with Eloqua (preferred) or a comparable enterprise MAP. Work experience with a collaborative, global organization Firm understanding of Google Analytics HTML development skills (for responsively designed email and landing pages) Excellent MS Excel or Google Sheets and data handling skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and draw conclusions. Strong MS PowerPoint or Google Slides and presentation compilation and delivery skills Experience in working with global stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and exceptional client service ethic Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities Superior problem-solving ability and ability to think outside the box.
