We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. An experienced developer of powerful marketing strategies across eCommerce, social media, paid marketing, PR and creative. This person will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to effectively take projects and new product launches from concept to launch. They will be the lead storyteller for the brand, skillfully distilling our values into everything we show and tell. This is a key leadership role, working directly with our CMO to drive the brand and make a significant impact on our business. In this role you will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and supervision of marketing action plans as well as the management of all marketing activities of FIQ marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. He/she will have the ability to lead a team of writers, designers, and account managers, and interact with clients on a regular basis.

Job description:
Working with the CMO to manage the overall marketing program & marketing team
Build and scale our marketing function, implementing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth
Generate leads and grow pipeline, exploring new and innovative marketing channels
Market segmentation, implementing the right demand programs for each
Drive overall go-to-market approach for new product lines
Report and manage KPIs from the top of funnel through to closed/won, increasing win rates and creating quantifiable growth in key target areas
Measure campaign success with key KPIs that quickly identify effectiveness and enable the ability to quickly pivot as required
Work in partnership with sales and product teams to develop targeted sales collateral, fine-tune or upgrade the sales process and continuously improve the buyer s journey
Lead the creation of digital content that will fuel our content marketing and lead generation plans
Manage, maintain, and optimize the corporate website
Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors.
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
Business analysis and tracking: Analyze the business to identify problems, opportunities, and trends
Lead Special Projects customer insights work in category and provide thought leadership for creative and campaign development on how to win with consumer targets
Create powerful stories and insightful, relatable ways of showing and telling Fulfillment IQ s brand values
Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company.
Consumer insight analysis: Understand consumer trends and insights and leverage to create cross-channel communication strategies for new products and campaigns
Advertising and Brand Management: Develop strategies and oversee implementation of multi-platform advertising and mass media communication campaigns and social media.
Market Research: Oversee the development of qualitative and quantitative market research, executing research studies to verify the effectiveness, value, and impact of advertising and communications programs.
Digital and social media: Develop and oversee social media and digital strategy (web and CRM), provide strategic direction on content implementation across all platforms and monitor and measure results. Drive engagement and follower/subscriber growth on all corporate communications platforms.
Team Development & Management: Provide strategic direction, develop and supervise the team, ensuring strong performance and adherence with team values. At the same time, continuing to build engagement and curiosity.
Required Qualifications:
Experience advising business stakeholders and a team on strategic brand management and direct and digital marketing advice.
Excellent presentation skills, with strong verbal/written communication skills; ability to build strategic and impactful communications and present to senior and executive management.
A creative mind with a keen eye for design, detail, visual content and creative copy.
Experience creating, managing, growing and engaging audiences with web, digital and social media platforms; the ability to monitor and adjust strategies based on performance.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to practice empathy. Experience in building and maintaining productive relationships and partnerships across the business with various stakeholders internally and externally.
Strong business and financial acumen; extensive knowledge and understanding of business financials, budgets, legal concepts, commercial contracts, competitive bidding and contract laws.
Previous experience working for or with a brand, marketing, advertising, digital, or social media agency; experience gained of exposure of seeing marketing and branding from various perspectives, industries, etc.
Senior level marketing experience through the start-up/scale-up phase of a B2B organization
A track record of successfully creating quantifiable growth through different channels including email marketing, landing pages, SEO, partnership webinars, PPC and content
Openness to get into the trenches with the front line and work collaboratively as a team to achieve amazing things
An ability to deliver creative and innovative campaigns that deliver results within budget
A determination to never accept the status-quo, constantly working to improve lead quality and volume
A passion for building brands from scratch including an understanding of the entire buyer journey and how marketing generates more qualified leads
Solid project management and organizational skills
Position Requirement/Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
5+ years of proven marketing campaign experience.
Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Content creation experience.
SEO and PPC experience, certifications preferred.
