Job Summary
  • Required B.E in civil engineering with a minimum of 5 to 7 Years experience in construction of Industrial buildings, High-Rise residential buildings and High-End Villas in Real Estate
  • Responsible for the complete supervision of the assigned project.
  • Read the GFC drawings and day to day supervision of works at site as per approved drawings.
  • Preparation of detailed estimate & BOQ (bill of quantities) on the basis of drawings.
  • Report the daily labor deployment & progress achieved in terms of quantities
  • Follow strictly quality assurance/control checklist & acceptance criteria
  • Report Non-Compliance in the works on day to day basis to the higher authorities
  • Follow up site safety check lists & ensure it is exercised at site on daily basis
  • Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met. Key skills:
  • Ability to stay on the job location for elongated period and ready for travel at large
  • Strong Communication skills, written and oral
  • Should have strong experience in MS Word, Excel and Auto CAD in 2D/ 3D
  • strong team working skills;
  • flexibility;
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation in industrial construction.
    Qualification :
    B.Tech / B.E. Civil
