Bim Coordinator - Architecture And Structure Job in Techture

Techture is a consulting firm working to provide innovative solutions in the field of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. We deliver extensive Design, Engineering and Project Management services leveraging Building Information Modelling (BIM) and associated technologies.

We are looking for Team Leaders who have a zeal to learn, explore and would want to work in field of BIM. Here you get to learn, understand and work on projects with scope ranging from Concept Planning, Design Detailing (VR 6 other technologies), Architecture, Structure and Interior Co-ordination, Survey (Point Clouds/Laser Scanning), MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) Services Coordination, Construction Planning & Scheduling (4D/SD Simulation).

ROLE

• Design development and generating construction-oriented BIM models from the initial design set
• Constructability analysis through prediction ofclashes, RFIs, and potential safety hazards through BIM models
• Management and generation of BIM models at different stages of Design, Execution and Asset management
• Generating Design, GFC, and Shop Drawings through BIM-enabled software, extracting quantities and related project management information
• Conversion of laser scan point cloud into information-rich BIM models and generation of drawings and as-built data for renovating purposes
• Creating Pre-bid Presentation by using BIM-based tools
• Involvement in consulting assignments to create BIM Management Protocols, Execution Plans, Collaboration Procedures etc.
• EKtending the 3D models to 4D and 5D BIM through integration of Time and Cost parameters within the BIM model
• Working on a range of software for design development, drawing generation, quantification, and project management for various large-scale projects
• Working with Techture's software team to assist in creating plugins for automation and interoperability using tools like Autodesk Forge, Dynamo, and Revit API
