Experienced Data Analyst - Join an Innovative Growth Team (Optional WFH)

Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will contribute significantly to sales over the next 12 months.

Data is a product that can be used to drive team behaviors and generate revenue growth.

• How do we use our data to drive up account value?
• How do we develop additional revenue channels?
• How do we increase operational efficiency?

These are the questions our cross-functional Growth Team members work on every day. They do so not as data analysts, developers, or marketers, but as entrepreneurs, determined to drive the business forward.

You d be our first dedicated Data Analyst. As such, you ll touch every aspect of data at Fresh Prints. You ll work with the rest of the Growth team to design data systems, mine that data for insights, and build visualizations that help the entire company utilize those insights.

This role reports to Jolijt Tamanaha, Our VP of Growthand you will work with an extremely talented and professional team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with every team at Fresh Prints to uncover ways in which data shapes how effective they are
• Proficiently use statistical programming languages such as Python or R to create statistical, regression, and econometric models to identify, analyse, and interpret trends
• Generate statistical models and advanced code for conducting retail outcome analyses
• Talk our teams through those trends so that they can use them to set and hit OKRs
• Create, restructure, and manage large datasets, files, and systems
• Ensure that our data stays accurate as we scale
• Supporting implementation of continuous improvement processes

Essential Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• 4+ years of experience with writing SQL queries
• 4+ years of experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• 4+ years of experience developing visualizations using tools like TABLEAU, strong plus if you have a recognized tableau public profile
• 4+ years of experience with R or Python is a must
• Experience with cloud-based ETL tools.
• Experience with cloud computing services from GCP & AWS
• Experience in Automation and Sentiment Analysis
• Perfect English fluency is a must

Education

• Masters in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, or statistics is a strong plus

Job Location

• The work location is based in Hyderabad, India
• We will have an office in Hyderabad eventually. You have the option of WFH or being in Hyderabad and working from our office
• Candidates from other countries may be considered

• 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
