JOB OVERVIEW
This role will primarily be focused on the Digital Marketing operations and Marketing strategy for brand development and lead generation. The role will be reporting into the Marketing Head and will require collaboration within the team and with other teams across Fluke. The prospect for this should be comfortable dealing with internal and external customers and should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Industry experience is an added bonus but not mandatory. Innovative ideas to reach and appeal to customers will be the success factors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
Digital Marketing (Primary)
Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase traffic and generate leads
Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display/search advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborates with internal teams to create content (landing pages, digital collaterals) and optimize user experience.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Able to develop budgets
Marketing Strategy and Operations (Secondary)
Familiar with financial planning and strategy
Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals
Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
Forecast market trends and Research market to identify new opportunities
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans
Use customer feedback to create better work flows and processes
Ensure brand alignment and standardization to increase brand awareness and equity
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. Proven Marketing experience involving Strategy, managing budgets, Social media content creation, Digital campaigns & Website management
3. Strong creative, strategic, analytical and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects
5. Commitment to working with cross-functional teams collaboratively with a shared purpose
6. Strong oral and written communication skills
7. Proficient in Creating and maintaining client relationships
8. Managing processes
9. Self-motivated yet customer-focused
10. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
11. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
12. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
13. Over all work experience of around 6-8 years
