Job Summary

Manager Analytics (CT Lead): West CL (First & Last Mile) Grade 9

Job Description:

  • Monitor Last Mile and First Mile Operations and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Capacity Planning for the hubs, co-ordinating with Planning team and ground Operations
  • Planning, forecasting and operation control through process monitoring.
  • De-bottleneck day to day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with cross functional teams involving Technology, Operations, Analytics, HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Facilities & Infrastructure, etc.
  • Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics.
  • Periodic and on time publication of performance data visibility
  • Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement
  • Gather data and analyse data to arrive at actionable insights
  • Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within Team
  • Develop, mentor and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results.

Competencies:

  • People manager, he should be able to lead a team of 10+ members (both junior and people manager level)
  • Exposure to operations planning.
  • Tech savvy, Problem solving, data-driven decision-making through the stakeholders
  • Team Building and Employee Engagement Capability.
  • Adaptability towards change management.

  • Sound presentation and communication skills

Qualification

  • Graduate/MBA with 7-9+ years of experience
  • Operational Knowledge of Logistics/Couriers/Warehouse/Retail/Manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD industry.
  • Exposure to Business Processes, Lean/6 Sigma etc., 5S will be of added advantage in executing this role.
  • E-Commerce exposure will be an added plus.
  • Problem solving Skills, Good knowledge of Data Analysis tools is must (at least 5 years experience)
  • Sound system knowledge (MS Office, Database systems etc.)
