Skills (Mandatory):

Strong Knowledge of IT Server Infrastructure installation, maintenance, monitoring, data backup and recovery, security and administration/troubleshooting
Technical expert in cloud/On-premises computing, security compliance, web services and networking architecture
Require thorough understanding of Win R 2012, 2016, AD, DNS, SCCM, Cloud platform, etc.
Deep understanding of various services and solutions - PaaS, SaaS, IaaS along with all cloud models (public, private, hybrid, multi)
Strong leadership skills to technical staff
Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven, willing to take initiative, and able to execute the vision relentlessly

Skill (Desired):

Scripting and programming languages (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, Bash, JSON, Azure Resource Manager Templates, etc.)
Significant experience on managing enterprise directory services and supporting server infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead an efficient team of Wintel/Cloud administrators and manage technical projects for a leading healthcare technology services and solutions organization
Responsible to design and lead the roadmap for the Windows platform
Responsible for owning and creating the product road map for Windows platform
Ensure secure and continuous operation of all systems
Ensure adherence to SLAs
Lead strategy development, implementation and optimization of public/private/hybrid/multi cloud computing services offerings for enterprise imaging customers
Review and help optimize existing private cloud service offerings
Lead the design process, documentation and communication of high-level system architecture to internal and external customers
Work closely with selected tech vendors and partners
Coordinate and directly contribute to system implementation and optimization
Constantly evaluate new technologies, ideas, concepts, and designs to improve the cloud services business.
Develop IT strategies to ensure networking, compute and storage infrastructure meets existing and future requirements based on needs and regulations
Increase the utilization of cloud tools to create a highly available and low-cost infrastructure
