- Minimum 2-year experience in Underwriting
- Should be well versed in 4 C's of Underwriting and good exposure in Mortgage domain
- Should be able to analyse and take decisions on any given scenario
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to understand & apply the Underwriting guidelines as per the loan program requirements
- Ability to perform under challenging environments
- Good Understanding of SLA, Productivity & Quality metrics
