Job Role - Acquisition Manager - Partnership

Department - Insurance

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:



Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients like financial institutions, Co-operative banks, NBFC s and

otherlargedistributors

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

Identify business needs of clients & acquire them by proposing solutions to meet their needs & servicing

existing clients

Managing the existing calls of the sales team

Scheduling & meeting clients by own appointments and managing calls and meeting the prospects ofsenior

employees


Skills/Competencies/Experience


Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial field.

Experience in sales and providing solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionalsof

allorganizationallevels

Excellent organizational skills

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation


Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
