Positions: Multiple, position in Pune (Fidel Softech, Kalyani Nagar office)

We are looking for trainees / interns Digital Content Creators to help our marketing with fresh ideas and drive. Roles and responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize & develop ENGAGING contents, by
    • Understanding content subject
      Analyzing requirements, defining objectives
    • Identifying functional and feature level requirements
    • Implementing the solution
  • Able to create contents like, Blogs, News, Photos, Videos, Interviews etc.
  • Interacting with Media, Agencies, PR, Influencers, Leaders for best visibility of Fidel on different platforms.
  • Interact with stakeholders to understanding subject, getting ideas
  • Create content for Media platforms, such as websites, marketing, news, presentations, product descriptions, images, videos, interviews and blogs
  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  • Communicate and cooperate with team, including a writer, graphics designer and publishers
  • Collaborating with other members of the creative team to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
  • Making sure content is unique and not copied from any source. Familiar with plagiarism checking tools.
  • Familiarity with requirements and the company s brand image, products, and services. Providing feedback to teams on needed improvements
  • Creating engaging contents in English, Hindi and Marathi, following all grammar rules keeping cultural nuance in mind.

    • Implementing contents on decided platforms and ensuring effectiveness
  • Excellent creative skills demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • Impeccable grasp of the English language
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with Media, clients, colleagues, and management
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    • Primary Skills:

    • Graduate of Mass Media
    • Creative mind for creating contents, writing, video
    • Content creation in multiple languages
    • Linguistic accuracy and relevance
    • Content creation using PC / Mobile
    • Familiar with writing and checking tools

    Good to have Skills:

    • Foreign Language skills
    • Knowledge & experience in commercials creation
    • Presentation ideas
